Like always: A mixed breakfast

Our breakfast is 99 percent raw except for a few days when we run out of fruits because it's the fifth or sixth day after marketing.

Today is one of those days when we had a boiled then sauteed baby potatoes. But first we had a glass of banana (not in the picture) each after a walk with our two fur-friends, Perci and Meegnu.

It's a 7 inches in diameter plate and it's for two people!
This is quite a very simple recipe.
~Baby potatoes, par-boiled, cooled in running cold water, peeled (skin kept aside), and halved (the bigger ones). ~Heated ample amount of mustard oil (tastes better in mustard oil) and fry baby potatoes in medium flame until they become brown.
~Sprinkle salt.
~When brown add potato skin and red chili powder, mix and saute' for about 2-3 minutes.
~Serve.

I made eleven small potatoes for two people for breakfast. The only drawback in this recipe is it's oily. Otherwise, it's incredibly yummy.

Then while waiting for this potato dish to be done, we had pumpkin seeds, cashews, and dates (two kinds: kimia and deglet nor).

~Kimia dates, deglet nor (with and without seeds), pumpkin seeds, and cashews. All for one person, my plate particularly!~
~Two varieties of mango: dasheri and kalmi. The rest of the mangoes went to my husband~
Like I mentioned, there are days when we run out of fruits. Since today is Friday and our usual marketing day is Saturday, our fridge and pantry are quite empty. Usually, we would have three to four mangoes of which 40 percent is mine.

The nearest reasonable market where we live is about 45-minute drive so we are forced to take supplies for a week.
