Like always: A mixed breakfast

Our breakfast is 99 percent raw except for a few days when we run out of fruits because it's the fifth or sixth day after marketing. Today is one of those days when we had a boiled then sauteed baby potatoes. But first we had a glass of banana (not in the picture) each after a walk with our two fur-friends, Perci and Meegnu. It's a 7 inches in diameter plate and it's for two people! This is quite a very simple recipe. ~Baby potatoes, par-boiled, cooled in running cold water, peeled (skin kept aside), and halved (the bigger ones). ~Heated ample amount of mustard oil (tastes better in mustard oil) and fry baby potatoes in medium flame until they become brown. ~Sprinkle salt. ~When brown add potato skin and red chili powder, mix and saute' for about 2-3 minutes. ~Serve.
